Jun 13, 1968) is an American entrepreneur who is famously recognized as the owner and chief executive officer (CEO) of Upstate Shredding – Weitsman Recycling, a scrap metal processing company headquartered in Owego, New York. His company won Scrap Company of the Year by American Metal Market in 2015 and 2016.

By the end of the year 2009, Upstate Shredding was the biggest privately owned scrap business on the East Coast. In March 2010, Upstate Shredding received Tioga County’s Business of the Year award.
