Joel Eisenbaum is an American Emmy-Winning Investigative Reporter at KPRC 2 News in Houston, Texas. The reporter joined KPRC 2 News in June 2005 and helped to launch the Wheel of Justice segment IN 2007. Joel then joined AOL as a Digital Content Producer in June 1996.

He kicked off his career at KCBS-TV in 1995 in Los Angeles as a news desk assistant. He became the overnight news writer for KNX 1070 on CBS Radio in December 1996.

Joel and his colleagues have won two Lone Star Emmy Awards for doing that outstanding investigation. Also in 2010, Crime Stoppers of Houston awarded The Wheel of Justice squad with the Leon Goldstein Award for Public Service.

He was named “best reporter” by Texas Associated Press in 2010. In 2001 he was awarded the same award by the Alabama Associated Press. Eisenbaum was the runner-up “Television Journalist of the Year” for the Houston Press Club in 2009 and was awarded two Lone Star Emmy Awards for his live reportage during Hurricane Ike and a customer investigative article.
