Loutelious “T. J.” Holmes, Jr is an American journalist and national television personality. He has served as an ABC News Correspondent for Good Morning America in New York City, NY since September 2014. He spent five years at the network anchoring CNN Saturday & Sunday Mornings. He is also on the Chancellor’s Board of Advisors at the University of Arkansas and the Board of Visitors at Emory University in Atlanta.
The news correspondent has gone off air after controversies about dating a co-worker became public. T.J. was found having an affair with fellow journalist, Amy Robach who was also a fill-in anchor for Good Morning America.
Their relationship was deemed “an external distraction” by ABC News president Kim Godwin. The news executive made a decision to take the pair after citing “is not a violation of company policy.”
The journalist had an affair despite being a married man to his wife, Marilee. A couple of media outlets reported that Holmes had previously been involved with a Good Morning America producer who worked for Amy Robach.
